TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any service we provide: Additional charges will be discussed before starting the work if the vehicle requires it.

 

Service Radius: For services outside a 10-mile radius, please contact us for a quote.

 

Power for a mobile service: If we provide a mobile service, we will need access to electrical supply prior to starting work if this has been agreed we will not be liable for any extra charges or damage to any equipment. If this is not available upon arrival we will charge a £20 unable to operate fee.  We provide our own spotless water for the car so you wont have to worry about water supply.

Please inform us before your appointment if we can access an electrical supply, so alternative arrangements can be made. Work must be carried out off public roads, ideally on a private driveway with access to an electrical outlet.

 

Liability: Every service is performed with extra care and attention. However, we are not liable for any damage to repaired paintwork or interiors done by any third-party company.

 

Punctuality: While we strive to be punctual, we cannot control unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams or accidents and will not be held accountable for such delays. If we are late for your appointment, we will always contact you in advance.

 

Final Checks: Final checks will be conducted with you after any service you choose. Any issues will be rectified on the spot. We will not take any responsibility after the vehicle is handed back.

 

Payment: Payment must be made via cash or bank transfer upon completion of the work.
